Its primary application scenarios are oil and gas field extraction and wellsite construction in desert regions, and paving the way for the further pipelines construction.
Engineered specifically for extreme desert conditions, sand dunes, and high-temperature environments, the TD35D desert bulldozer features a high-horsepower Cummins NT855-C360S10 turbocharged engine, delivering massive tractive effort, exceptional reliability, and excellent fuel economy under scorching ambient temperatures.
The ultra-stable transmission system integrates a planetary power-shift gearbox with forced lubrication and a three-element, single-stage, single-phase hydraulic torque converter. Its hydraulic-assisted steering and braking systems ensure light, precise operation, yielding maximum power transmission efficiency and high productivity. To combat intense heat, the TD35D is equipped with a specialized, oversized desert cooling system and an advanced radiator, effectively preventing engine overheating in desert operations.
Built with a specialized sand-resistant undercarriage system, the TD35D prevents sand and dust accumulation from wearing down moving parts. The cab and electrical systems are highly sealed to block fine sand particles, ensuring a safe, dust-free, and comfortable operating environment for the driver. The user-friendly maintenance design features a wide-opening engine hood and a centralized electrical control box. This integrated system, combining centralized pressure measurement and lubrication, makes routine sand clearing, inspection, and servicing exceptionally convenient.
This specialized crawler dozer is ideal for desert road pioneering, sand dune leveling, oilfield infrastructure construction, and desert reclamation projects.
