HopTop TD17C hydro-mechanical crawler bulldozer is a 170hp coal-type bulldozer custom-engineered for power plants, ports, and large bulk material yards. Equipped with an extra-large capacity coal blade, this heavy-duty crawler dozer maximizes volumetric efficiency for lightweight material handling. Featuring advanced anti-clogging cooling systems and a dust-proof cab, the SD17C delivers reliable, high-efficiency stacking and spreading performance in high-dust coal environments.
Developed specifically for special operating environments such as power plants and ports, this machine is equipped with a Weichai WD10G178E25 turbocharged engine, delivering strong power output, high reliability, excellent fuel economy and low noise emissions.
The transmission system is stable and reliable, featuring a planetary power-shift, forced-lubrication gearbox and a three-element single-stage single-phase torque converter. The hydraulic-assisted steering system ensures effortless operation, enabling high power transmission efficiency and excellent productivity.
It is built with a rugged and durable chassis system, a sensitive and stable electrical system, and a comfortable, safe operator environment. User-friendly maintenance design includes a large-opening engine hood, externally mounted working valves, a centralized electrical control box, centralized pressure measurement and centralized lubrication, all of which greatly facilitate routine maintenance, servicing and repair.
