HopTop TD17R hydro-mechanical crawler bulldozer is equipped with a high-capacity blade to address the critical challenges inherent to landfills —— specifically the extrmely low desity and massice volume of waste, coupled with its tendency to scatter upward. HopTop also upgraded the chassis to prevent debris from getting tangled and causing equipment malfunctions.
Developed specifically for operation in sanitation and waste treatment sites, this machine is equipped with a Weichai WD10G178E25 turbocharged engine, delivering strong power output, high reliability, excellent fuel economy and low noise emissions.
The transmission system is stable and reliable, featuring a planetary power-shift, forced-lubrication gearbox and a three-element single-stage single-phase torque converter. The hydraulic-assisted steering system ensures effortless operation, enabling high power transmission efficiency and excellent productivity.
It is built with a rugged and durable chassis system, a sensitive and stable electrical system, and a comfortable, safe operator environment. User-friendly maintenance design includes a large-opening engine hood, externally mounted working valves, a centralized electrical control box, centralized pressure measurement and centralized lubrication, all of which greatly facilitate routine maintenance, servicing and repair.
Suitable for landfill, leveling, semi-compaction, stockpiling and other construction operations in waste disposal sites, the standard sanitation blade delivers strong cutting force and high durability to efficiently complete tasks in waste treatment facilities. The specially heightened upper section of the blade prevents operating materials from entering the rear side of the blade. Extra-wide triangular wetland track pads prevent the machine from sinking when operating on soft soil, wet ground and other soft material working areas.
