The TD26R features a standard high-profile environmental blade with a top trash rack, maximizing per-pass volume for low-density waste while preventing debris spillover onto the machine. Utilizing an S-series wide chassis with extra-wide tracks, the unit ensures high flotation on soft or sticky refuse piles. Furthermore, its operating weight 26.1 tons enables simultaneous leveling, preliminary crushing, and pre-compaction, optimizing the site for subsequent heavy compaction operations.
Developed specifically for operations in sanitation and waste treatment sites, this sanitation bulldozer is equipped with the Cummins NT855-C280 turbocharged engine, delivering strong power output, high reliability, excellent fuel economy, and low noise emissions.
The transmission system is stable and reliable, featuring a planetary power-shift gearbox with forced lubrication and a three-element, single-stage, single-phase hydraulic torque converter. The hydraulic-assisted steering system ensures effortless operation, enabling high power transmission efficiency and excellent productivity. It is built with a rugged, durable undercarriage system, a sensitive, stable electrical system, and a comfortable, safe operator environment.
For user-friendly maintenance, the machine features a large-opening engine hood, externally mounted working valves, and a centralized electrical control box. The integration of centralized pressure measurement and centralized lubrication greatly simplifies routine inspection, servicing, and repair.
Perfectly suited for waste landfill, leveling, semi-compaction, stockpiling, and other operations in waste disposal sites, the standard sanitation blade (trash blade) delivers strong cutting force and high durability to efficiently complete tasks in waste treatment facilities. The specially heightened upper section of the blade effectively prevents operating materials and refuse from entering the rear side of the blade. Furthermore, the extra-wide triangular wetland track pads prevent the waste management dozer from sinking when operating on soft soil, wet ground, and other loose material working areas, ensuring optimal traction and stability.
