HopTop TD35R hydro-mechanical sanitation bulldozer is engineered for municipal solid waste landfills and solid waste management. Powered by a 350-hp engine, it features an anti-corrosion, anti-entanglement chassis and a sealed positive-pressure cab to overcome harsh, dusty, and corrosive landfill conditions efficiently.
Developed specifically for high-capacity operations in large-scale sanitation and waste treatment facilities, the TD35R sanitation bulldozer is equipped with a high-horsepower CUMMINS NT855-C360S10 turbocharged engine, delivering massive tractive effort, exceptional reliability, and excellent fuel economy under demanding landfill conditions.
The transmission system is stable and reliable, featuring a planetary power-shift gearbox with forced lubrication and a three-element, single-stage, single-phase hydraulic torque converter. The hydraulic-assisted steering system ensures effortless operation, enabling high power transmission efficiency and excellent productivity. It is built with a rugged, durable undercarriage system, a sensitive, stable electrical system, and a comfortable, safe operator environment.
For user-friendly maintenance in waste-heavy environments, the TD35R features a large-opening engine hood, externally mounted working valves, and a centralized electrical control box. The integration of centralized pressure measurement and centralized lubrication greatly simplifies routine sand/refuse clearing, inspection, and servicing.
Perfectly suited for heavy-duty waste landfill, leveling, semi-compaction, and stockpiling in mega waste disposal sites, the standard sanitation blade (trash blade) delivers strong cutting force and high durability to efficiently complete large-volume tasks. The specially heightened upper section of the blade effectively prevents operating materials, loose refuse, and debris from entering the rear side of the blade. Furthermore, the extra-wide triangular wetland track pads prevent the TD35Rwaste management dozer from sinking when operating on soft soil, wet ground, and thick refuse layers, ensuring optimal traction and stability.
