This configuration enables the unit to traverse and operate directly on deep sludge beds during river, reservoir, and urban lake dredging projects, ensuring high-efficiency silt management and shoreline gathering after water drainage.
Developed specifically for specialized operating environments such as swamps and soft wetlands, this swamp bulldozer is equipped with the Cummins NT855-C280 turbocharged engine, delivering strong power output, high reliability, excellent fuel economy, and low noise emissions.
The transmission system is stable and reliable, featuring a planetary power-shift gearbox with forced lubrication and a three-element, single-stage, single-phase hydraulic torque converter. The hydraulic-assisted steering system ensures light and flexible operation, enabling high power transmission efficiency and excellent productivity. It is built with a rugged, durable undercarriage system, a sensitive, stable electrical system, and a comfortable, safe operator environment.
For user-friendly maintenance, the machine features a large-opening engine hood, externally mounted working valves, and a centralized electrical control box. The integration of centralized pressure measurement and centralized lubrication greatly simplifies routine inspection, servicing, and repair.
Engineered for challenging tasks in mud, marshes, and bogs, it comes standard with a specialized wetland straight-tilt blade. The blade’s optimized high width-to-height ratio allows it to efficiently scrape off soft soil layers, significantly maximizing working efficiency. Crucially, the machine features extra-wide triangular wetland track pads. This low-ground-pressure track system effectively prevents the crawler dozer from sinking when operating on soft soil, wet ground, swamps, and other loose material working areas, ensuring exceptional mobility and stability.
